Deerfield Art Festival

The Deerfield Art Festival is filling Park Avenue with 80+ original artists on June 3-4. Enjoy free entry and easy, free street parking or arrive via the Deerfield Metra stop. Get your steps in – accessible and easy to walk! Start your day downtown with coffee & breakfast, then head to the fest to paint a masterpiece at our live painting class or stop in the Kid Zone. Break for lunch and enjoy a cold beer, lemonade, & delicious snacks at the fest. Be sure to look for Kid’s Art Stop and Live Art Demo signs to get interactive with the artists. Many of Deerfield’s great restaurants, cafes and retail stores are open all weekend.

Gold Coast Art Festival

Celebrating 65 years, the Gold Coast Art Fair returns to Chicago’s Grant Park! This award-winning, family-friendly art fair welcomes 200 juried artists from around the country and draws thousands of art enthusiasts from Chicago and beyond, creating an exceptional retail art experience. Paintings, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, mixed media and more will be exhibited and available for purchase. Live music stages in various locations along with delicious food, beer, wine and sangria add to the festive atmosphere. $10 admission per person, per day, will benefit Chicago Furniture Bank. Kids 12 and under are admitted for free. Easy parking is available in the Millennium Parking Garage right off Columbus Street. The show is handicap accessible and wheel friendly. Attendees are invited to bring their gently used wall art to the festival where it will be donated to the Chicago Furniture Bank, a nonprofit that distributes furnishings and art to those leaving shelters and moving into permanent housing.
